Pump It is the exception: the round keeps running until you end it, and if you do not end it in time you get nothing. What a crash game is, and why it is not a slot
A crash game starts a multiplier at 1.00x and increases it continuously. At an unpredictable moment the round ends. Anyone who cashed out before that moment is paid their stake times the multiplier they took; anyone still in loses the stake entirely. There are no symbols, no lines, no paytable and no partial wins.
Pump It uses that structure with an inflation theme: the multiplier climbs, the tension builds, and at some point the round is over. The visual metaphor changes nothing about the maths. The critical point, and the one most often misunderstood, is that the game's 97.00% return holds at every one of those targets. A low target is not a safer bet in expectation — it is the same bet with a different distribution. You are choosing between many small wins with occasional large losses and many small losses with occasional large wins. The house edge of 3.00% is identical either way.
A round, start to finish
That pace produces well over a hundred rounds an hour if you play every one. At 500 Ft a round that is more than 50 000 Ft of turnover per hour, against which a 3.00% edge costs about 1 500 Ft in expectation. The number is modest; the variance around it is not.

Manual cash-out, auto cash-out, and the auto-bet trap
Manual cash-out means a button press during a live round. It sounds like the engaged way to play and it is the worse one: your reaction time and your connection latency both sit between you and the multiplier you intended to take, and on a fast round that gap is enough to lose the stake outright.
Auto cash-out executes server-side at the figure you set. It is the correct default. Set it before the round and let it run.
Auto-bet is a different feature and deserves more caution. Three arguments that do not survive contact with the maths
The first is the streak argument: after several rounds ending early, a long one is "due". Each round's crash point is generated independently, so a run of short rounds carries no information about the next one. The history strip along the top of the screen is a record and nothing more.
The second is the Martingale. Doubling the stake after each loss at a 2.00x target recovers everything on the first success, which is true and irrelevant — the sequence needs an unbounded bankroll and an unbounded table limit, and it has neither. Starting at 200 Ft, a run of nine losses requires a 102 400 Ft round to recover 200 Ft, and the maximum stake ends the sequence before the mathematics does.
The third is the split-bet system: two simultaneous bets, one cashed out early to cover the stake and one left running. It is a genuine way to reshape the distribution and it does not change the expected value at all. Two bets at 97.00% return 97.00%; the edge applies to the total staked regardless of how it is divided.
On a phone: the game where latency actually matters
Pump It runs in the mobile browser on Android 8.0 or newer and iOS 14 or newer, with an optional Android package of roughly 85 MB. It is much lighter than the live-dealer streams, so it holds up on connections where those stall, but it is also the one non-live title where connection quality can cost money rather than just comfort — a manual cash-out on a laggy link may register later than you pressed.
