Lizaro Review: The Scorecard Behind the Verdict
Written by Vajda Levente, updated August 2026. Independent review desk — lizaro.biz is not the operator.
This Lizaro review is the graded version of everything the desk measured during a full test cycle: an account opened from scratch, a 7,000 Ft first deposit, one welcome bonus taken to its 30-day conclusion, and four withdrawals timed from request to arrival. It ends in a number, but the number is only useful if you can see what went into it — so the criteria, the weights and the deductions are all printed below.
Is Lizaro legit? The short answer, then the long one
The short answer: yes as an operating business, with a caveat as a regulated one. Money entered the cashier, games ran, the bonus behaved exactly as its terms described, and every withdrawal we requested arrived inside the published window without a support ticket. Nothing in the cycle resembled the pattern of a scam operation — no invented verification loops, no shifting limits, no silence after a payout request.
The caveat is the licence. Lizaro runs on an international, Curacao-type permit and does not appear on the SZTFH register of operators licensed in Hungary. That is not the same as being unlicensed, but it is a materially weaker position for a player: an offshore regulator offers far less practical recourse than a domestic one when a dispute goes badly. Any review that answers "is Lizaro legit" with an unqualified yes has skipped that paragraph.
How we rate: the review methodology behind the score
Every casino this desk covers goes through the same seven-criterion frame, and the same weights. That is how we review: each criterion is scored out of 10 against pre-set anchors rather than impressions, the weighted average produces the overall rating, and any criterion scoring below 6 has to carry a written justification. Where something could not be verified first-hand, it is not scored at all — an unmeasured claim never earns points.
| Criterion | Weight | Score | What decided it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Payout speed | 20% | 9.0 / 10 | Skrill 1–2 hours, Trustly 1–3 hours, crypto under 24 hours, bank transfer 1–2 banking days, no operator fee. |
| Payment coverage | 15% | 7.5 / 10 | Six working routes and a genuine 7,000 Ft floor, but Paysafecard is deposit-only and there is no debit-card rail. |
| Bonus fairness | 15% | 6.0 / 10 | 35x wagering with 10% table contribution and a silent 2,000 Ft bet cap; cashback with no wagering pulls the score back up. |
| Game library | 15% | 8.0 / 10 | 450+ titles, ~40 live tables, strong table mathematics — 98.94% Banker baccarat, ~99.5% blackjack on basic strategy. |
| Licensing and transparency | 15% | 5.5 / 10 | Curacao-type licence published openly, but absent from the SZTFH Hungarian register — the single biggest deduction on this card. |
| Support | 10% | 7.0 / 10 | 24/7 live chat in Hungarian, email inside 12 hours; no telephone line and weaker English coverage. |
| Mobile and stability | 10% | 8.5 / 10 | Browser-based on Android 8.0+ and iOS 14+, ~85 MB APK optional, reel games survive a 3G connection. |
Lizaro pros and cons after a full cycle
These pros and cons are the deductions and credits from the table above, restated in plain language. Nothing here is a generic bullet — each line traces to something the desk observed.
Pros
- Genuinely fast e-wallet payouts: 1 to 2 hours through Skrill, with no fee deducted by the operator.
- A real 7,000 Ft entry point across three of the six deposit routes.
- Weekly cashback of 10% on net losses up to 50,000 Ft, paid as cash with no wagering attached.
- Strong live table mathematics — 98.94% on Banker baccarat, around 99.5% on Vip Blackjack En Espanol 4 with basic strategy.
- KYC requested once, at the first withdrawal, and not repeated afterwards.
- Live chat staffed around the clock, with email replies inside 12 hours.
Cons
- Not on the SZTFH register of Hungarian licensees; recourse in a dispute is limited to an offshore regulator.
- 35x wagering combined with 10% table contribution makes the welcome offer effectively slots-only.
- The 2,000 Ft maximum bet from bonus funds is enforced without a warning prompt.
- Paysafecard deposits force a change of method before any withdrawal is possible.
- Crypto network fees are passed to the player rather than absorbed.
- Revolut and Wise HUF accounts frequently fail the name-match check.
- No telephone support channel, and English chat coverage is thinner than Hungarian.
Player reports sent to the desk
Readers who have already deposited send us their own accounts, and we publish a selection with the writer's first name, city and month. They are edited for length and stripped of account identifiers, but the complaints stay in — three of the five below are critical.
Levente P., Debrecen — June 2026. "I deposited 7,000 Ft through Trustly to see whether the instant transfer claim held up, and it did — the balance updated before I had closed the bank tab. The first withdrawal was the slow part: 22,000 Ft requested on a Tuesday evening, documents uploaded Wednesday morning, money in the account Wednesday afternoon. Every payout since has been under two hours. My only real complaint is that nobody tells you the document check is coming until you ask for money."
Anikó S., Szeged — May 2026. "The cashback is the reason I still have an account. Ten per cent of a bad week comes back as actual cash, not as a bonus with strings, and 50,000 Ft is a meaningful ceiling. What I do not use any more is the welcome offer. I tried to clear it on live roulette, watched the wagering counter crawl because tables only count ten per cent, and gave up around day twenty. That should be printed in larger type than it is."
Gábor T., Győr — July 2026. "Warning from someone who learned it expensively: the 2,000 Ft cap on bets from bonus money is real and there is no pop-up. I raised my stake on Fortune Ox without thinking, and the bonus balance was gone by the time I noticed. Support explained the rule politely and correctly — it was in the terms, I had not read it. The games themselves have been fine. Pump It and the speed baccarat tables run smoothly even on my phone."
Réka M., Budapest — July 2026. "Two months in, five withdrawals to Skrill, all of them inside two hours. That part is genuinely as advertised. The friction was at the start: I registered a Wise HUF account and it was rejected because the name on the transfer did not match my player account. Switching to my OTP account solved it in one attempt. If you use a neobank, expect that conversation."
Zsolt K., Pécs — April 2026. "I play mostly the lightning roulette tables and I like the multipliers — a straight number paying several hundred to one changes how an evening feels, even if the RTP is a touch under a plain table. Chat support has answered every time in a few minutes, in Hungarian. My one reservation is the licence. It is offshore, the site says so, and I have decided I am comfortable with that, but I would not pretend it is the same as a domestic one."
What the score does not cover
Three things sit deliberately outside the rating. The catalogue figure of 450+ titles comes from the operator and could not be counted independently, so it informs the game-library score but does not carry it. Long-term account behaviour — how the operator treats a consistently winning player over a year — cannot be tested in a single cycle by anyone, and reviews that imply otherwise are guessing. And the personal legal question of playing on an offshore platform from a given country is not a scoring criterion at all; it is set out under licensing above and in the about us section, where the methodology and correction policy are documented in full.
